Very good value for money 100 meter from train station en city center.. location perfect.. Also helpful owner who is really kind and takes the time to explain how to walk to the city places.. I booked 1 day online and wanted to stay 2 days more and payed cash.. but the day before last I needed to go to another city.. I told him and he just give me my 50 euro back from the last night.. no questions asked.. how wonderful.. he didn't had to do that, but he did it out of him own kindness.. thank you sir! Of course I'm a bit biased now but it is really good value for money and perfect located.. it's not a luxe hotel.. but you have everything you need and most importantly for me.. it's clean!

For the money I gave it was a good deal. It was the cheapest in three towns (memmingen, gunzburg and ulm) I searched all the area and it was the only room with this price (42 per night for 1 adult and 1 kid). The bed was very comfortable. The wi-fi perfect. The host was nice he answered my message (i could not found the password for the internet and he sent me). It had clean towels and shampoos.

Good place near the city centre; reasonable price; the rooms were somewhat minimalistic, but clean. Nearby Parkhaus was expensive (20€/day?), but e.g. near Karlsplatz one can carefully avoid reserved parkings and park for free.

Proximity to the train station, spacious room, automatic key disposal, water in the room, four beds, sufficient furniture, questions are answered by email quite quickly, the staff is on the property during the day time.

Excellent position and excellent price/quality ratio. We had a problem with the automatic key distributor but we called the staff and 15 minutes later we were already in our room.
